Dealer Report For The Day..

stopped by and bs'd for awhile today. this was my first time i actually got to talk since the price crashed (last time in/out quick)...she said she only had about 1500 ounces of silver on hand when it brokedown. didnt seem like she was too shaken up about it. i asked about supply issues....she also said the vender she deals with did not (wasnt selling?) have any additional silver to give her for the people buying low. wasnt any activity today as far as customers were concerned. got a bunch of merc's @ spot. passed on some burned libertads @1.50 over

They deal on percentages on retail. They hedge and usually make money. They do SPECULATE when they think they have a GREAT wonderful probably good chance to make money on the deal.

But like your shop I never have seen INVENTORY so low with my wholesaler to the trade in Southern California.

Buy quick and DIRTY cause it's a real deal NOW if you can find physical.

Funny you should ask I get the COIN WORLD journal every 2 weeks & their price guide magazine every three months.

They are SCREAMING that BUYERS are coming into the NUMISMATIC market. The Long Beach, CA, coin show is in a couple of weeks and the last show in Baltimore set a NEW record.

Richard Newbury's Early Warning Report came today and he thinks NUMISMATICS (read encapulated gold & silver) will go up 10 times from today.

Now that said I personally believe that one should have 45% in gold; 45% in silver (especially to trade into gold later with perhaps half); and the other 10% in NUMISMATICS (mostly gold coins).

Reason is sales ability in different marketplaces.

Many have their own views but my BIBLE says put things in 7 different baskets.

I like these:

Gold bullion coins
Silver bullion coins
Gold numismatics
Silver numismatics
Silver bars
Silver junk bags
Silver junk rounds

Other baskets With money you can afford to lose if the whole MARKET goes south:

Blue chip Gold stocks
Junior gold stocks
Blue chip Silver stocks
Junior silver stocks
Blue chip OIL stocks
Blue chip NATIONAL defense stocks

Blue chip Coal stocks
Blue chip natural gas stocks

ETFs in:

Oil
Natural Gas
PROBABLY NOT in gold or silver
because they can store easy in you quiet possession:wink:

There has been talk on this site about counterfiet Morgans that are made in China. Has anyone heard of counterfeit GSA's (so they counterfiet the sealed plastic case as well as the coin)

Yes, lots of PCGS counterfeits. watch it. Thanks to the Fucen Chinese I won't buy Numi's anymore...........
